Once you have selected your choice by sending the text and following the instructions where possible, you will get a response containing your pin and a link to download the application. Click on the link or copy and paste the link to your phone browser, and input your pin, select the brand and model of your phone, and click download. The application will be installed on your phone.

Note: Some phones (e.g Samsung) do not allow click of link, simply write out the link and enter it into your browser then select your phone type, enter your PIN code, then download.
